RETURNS
We hope you love your ELLIÉ pieces. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when an incorrect, damaged or faulty item has been sent.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
